22 Letters, Ladders,Towers and Magic bowls  2008-2013

22Letters and Words – coming mostly out of the Book of Books or other Sacred scripts – are tangible materials, building blocks of the mind become physical objects in space. I lay bricks of Letters and words one upon the other, in a traditional construction process, bottom-up. When the work is done, the object – a Ladder,  watch tower, a magic bowl or others – opens its mouth and utters the word that created it*, looking backward and forward in time like the angel of history.

22 אותיות, סולמות, מגדלים וקערות לחשים

 2008-2013

מילים הנובעות מספר הספרים בעיקר, הן חומר מוחשי, אבן בניין לתודעה ההופכת לגוף בחלל.  אני מניחה לבני אותיות ומילים זו על גבי זו, בתהליך בנייה מסורתי מלמטה למעלה. בסיום פוער האוביקט: סולם, מגדל שמירה, קערת לחשים ואחרים, את פיו בחלל, אומר את המילה שממנה נוצר,[1] וצופה כמו “מלאך ההיסטוריה” קדימה ואחורה בזמן.
